This 8-week handstand course is designed to take you from absolutely zero hand-balancing experience to a comfortable, aligned handstand.
It includes 8 weeks of handstand conditioning, drills and flexibility training! It will teach you how to kick up into a handstand and how to exit safely out of a handstand.
You'll learn how to do a free-standing handstand with the many balancing drills and you will gain an understanding of the correct body positioning needed to achieve a perfectly aligned handstand.
