This 8-week handstand course is designed to take you from absolutely zero hand-balancing experience to a comfortable, aligned handstand.
It includes 8 weeks of handstand conditioning, drills and flexibility training! It will teach you how to kick up into a handstand and how to exit safely out of a handstand.
You'll learn how to do a free-standing handstand with the many balancing drills and you will gain an understanding of the correct body positioning needed to achieve a perfectly aligned handstand.

This in-depth online handstand course will give you the training and confidence you need to reach your handstand goals! You don’t have to figure this out alone. I have been helping clients for years learn this fun and exciting skill! My unique experience as not only a hand-balancer but also a personal trainer has helped me obtain the knowledge and expertise in creating a program that WILL deliver results. This program includes:
