I love weight lifting but unfortunately, when you’re a gymnast/aerialist (novice to advanced), you need additional sport-specific training to be able to do all of the fun tricks that you want to do. I spent a lot of time working out and realized there had to be a better way to merge the two training styles together.
I started training this way and my strength and skill increased SO much! PLUS, my workouts were more fun!
MWF 10-10:45 (MST)
I would LOVE to help you with your flexibility goals (splits or backbends, anyone?) and achieve better mobility throughout your body!
If you consistently work on your flexibility, you will have fewer injuries and feel more comfortable with overall movement patterns. Your back, shoulders, hips and spine will thank you and advanced poses will finally be achievable for you!

Have you always wanted to learn how to handstand or press handstand? I teach weekly classes in both and will give you all the tools you need to master these fun and challenging skills!
