Show up, workout, GET FIT!
My small group fitness sessions are 45 minutes and include circuit training (functional strength) with 10 minutes of mobility and stretching. My goal is to get you STRONG and FLEXIBLE!
Each session has 4 local spots (studio is located in Draper) or you can choose to access sessions from the comfort of your own home. All you need are weights (6-20 lbs. depending on your strength level)! You can watch them LIVE or watch the recorded sessions that are posted in our private FB community page!
All you need to do is show up! I got the rest!! ;)
