Offering one-on-one personal training sessions locally (SLC, UT) or via Zoom! I am not a “one-size-fits-all” trainer. There are many different ways to reach the same goal, in fitness and nutrition, and I am committed to helping you find the path that will fit YOUR lifestyle the best!

One-On-One Gymnastics and Handstand Training (Kids AND Adults!)
All of my programming is scalable and progressive, so whether you're a kid or in your 50's, a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you can absolutely learn these fun skills!
Throughout your training, we will be focusing on drills, conditioning, and flexibility. I have mats, a low beam, gymnastic rings, paralettes, and stall bars! I will get you on a personalized program to master any of these skills:
