Counting macros gives you the freedom to enjoy the foods you like while STILL seeing results. There are no "good" foods. There are no "bad" foods. Just balance... which leads to food freedom! This is for a one time macro count based on your weight, height, activity level and goals (lose fat/body recomp/gain muscle).
