I provide you with all of the tools necessary to take control back of your life, clear out ALL negative energetics, and start standing in your power! YOU ARE WORTH IT!

Life Coaching 

Are you tired of self-sabotaging your health & wellness efforts? You must first become aware of ALL the ways you self-sabotage in your life so you can get your power back. This program will guide you to:

  • see ALL of the areas in your life where you self-sabotage.
  • understand how your childhood wounds effect you and keep you feeling stuck in patterns that don't serve your highest good.
  • learn the tools necessary to stop self-sabotaging (ie. thought awareness, shadow work, boundaries, and mirroring)
  • step out of victim consciousness, find your inner strength, take control back of your life, and step back into your power!


Nutrition Coaching

  • I will give you custom macros/calories for your specific goals and food preferences.
  • A week before the program starts is education week. I will teach you everything you need to know about how to count macros/calories.
  • Includes a 4 week meal plan with grocery list and meal prep directions.
  • Weekly accountability check-ins via email.



Fitness Coaching

  • 4 weeks of fitness programming
  • Access to my coaching directory where I coach you through all movements. All you need are dumbbells.

Honestly I was intimidated. Going into the 4-week plan seemed slightly scary and overwhelming to me. What if I do it wrong, what if the meals taste horrible? Was I going to starve? (Haha! I know it seemed like an extreme thought but I was truly concerned!) I love food, but there is a difference between knowing what tastes good and what is optimal fuel for my body. Balancing nutrition is tricky, luckily having Amber in my corner made the process super easy. The meal plan is basically dummy proof. The weekly shopping list and menu lays out everything you need to know. My favorite meal was the Bacon Mac’n Cheese, it is DELISH! I was never hungry, which made it easy to stick with the program and see it through. Turns out breaking down daily calories, carbs, fat and protein doesn’t have to be scary. "All my adult life I have struggled with my weight.  I worked out 5-6 days a week and ate a “pretty healthy” diet but I hung on to 20-30 lbs of weight that I could never quite keep off.  I resigned myself to the fact that this was just how I was, but I knew deep down that I wasn’t completely happy with where I was.  I saw Amber’s nutrition challenge on Instagram and something deep down told me that I needed to sign up.  I had success a few years earlier with a macro based program, but once I went off it, I slowly gained back the weight. Then COVID hit and I gained even more weight. I was very scared but I told myself that the worst case scenario was I lost no weight, would maybe pick up a few tips, and I would be no worse off than I was right then.  So I signed up!  I lost roughly 15lbs with the challenge and was feeling so happy and had so much more energy.  I decided to sign up for personal 1 on 1 nutrition coaching with Amber and from there, I continued to lose weight for a total of 45lbs lost!  I am currently learning how to do maintenance and continue to feel really good!  Amber has been everything to me.  She is so supportive and her program is easy to follow.  Of course I have harder days, but I just follow the numbers she tells me, and the weight has steadily come off (about 2lbs per week).
