Training Continuation

Before training with me 1:1 or through my training continuation program, you need to have first completed an 8-week program with me. If you haven't completed my 8-week program yet, click {here} to join the next one! Once completed you can join my training continuation for $50/month!

 

My training programming is a 4x/week strength training protocol with 1-2x/week cardio. Each Sunday you will receive your workouts for the week via email. You will get login information to get access to my exercise directory where I coach you through each of the movements.
